Raman has held CxO, senior Product Marketing and Business Development positions in innovative technology companies including the Alacrity Foundation, Omnipia, Sylantro Systems Corporation, Ubiquity Software and Oracle. He has mentored start-ups in entrepreneurship and sat on University advisory boards. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Physics from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Henley Business School.

CTO

Dominic led design teams at Orange UK and France Telecom centred on mobile network design and it’s intersection with internet technologies. With previous positions at Telstra in Melbourne, Australia and Marconi in the UK, Dominic brings extensive technical and international commercial knowledge across telecom, IT and internet domains to Cotham Technologies. He holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Leeds University and Chartered Engineer (CEng) status from the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

CFO / OPERATIONS

Kay has held Client Services, Corporate Tax and Audit positions in Accounting Practices, including Radius, KPMG and Solomon Hare. With 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, Kay brings financial leadership and oversight to Cotham Technologies. Kay is also responsible for the Cotham operational business. She holds a BSc (Comb. Hons) degree in Statistics and Operational Research from Leeds University and ACA and CTA qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

William has over 25 years international experience in multiple industries and sectors, leading multi national teams to achieve commercial growth, performance improvement and business transformation. Recent roles include CEO roles within the UK Government (Cabinet Office, DCMS) and include COO, SVP, Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer roles for a range of global businesses including Unify, Verizon, Macquarie Telecom, Airwave, Orange, IBM, PwC, EY & PA Consulting. He holds BSc and MSc degrees from the Universities of Nottingham and Southampton.

James was the Consulting Services Director for Capita IT Professional Services. Prior to Capita, James was a Founding Director at the successful management consulting company Smiths Consulting. James brings over 25 years of IT consulting leadership experience to Cotham Technologies. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick.

Experts & Maker Community

Julian led teams responsible for design and delivery of the initial Orange UK GSM network and subsequently held Product Management and Strategy roles at Lucent Technologies and Logica Mobile Networks. Returning to Orange Group/France Telecom he managed group-wide technology skill centres assisting the multiple Orange Operating businesses in EMEA. Working at director level for Orange Labs he assisted Orange operating companies introduce latest developments in APIs, Telco Cloud, 5G, IoT and NFV/SDN.
